High quality BNP SOZ-YW-Kg/h industrial ozone generator for Aquarium Aquaculture sea river wastewater exhaust gas treatment
SOZ-YW-G large series ozone generators utilize automatic control system, HMI control, Chinese-English LCD display, and real-time moni toring of system status and operation parameters.
The automatic control system can be designed and configured according to the site require ment, and the PLC operation system is from Siemens. Each of the ozone module unit is equipped with independent high voltage fuse, ensurin g the normal, reliable, effective working of the discharge chamber. The discharge chamber can be dismantled for cleaning, replacement, and the maintenance cost is low.
The external electrode is made of 316L stainless steel which makes the product reliable and long operation hours. The ozone module units have several arrangement modes, and the cooling water ensures no accumulation of heat which is good for the stable ozone production.
The product has long service life, saving the customer a lot of maintenance cost. The product has high ozone concentration, compact design and is extremely durable! The start/shutdown of the equipment can be controlled locally and remotely. The display screen shows the working, standby or alarm status of the equipment. The equipment can be shutdown automatically in case of ozone leakage. The residual ozone can be destructed automatically.
The cooling water system and air source can be controlled as request, and the ozone production will be regulated automatically. To ensure the normal working of the discharge chamber composed of several group of discharge electrodes, the high voltage fuse will be blown within the setting time limit when there is breakdown failure of the discharge electrode, which ensures the reliability and safety of the system.
