The working principle of ozone generator:
According to the way of ozone generation, the working principle of ozone generator is divided. It has three types: high voltage discharge type, ultraviolet irradiation type and electrolytic type.
1, use type high voltage discharge
The allotropic transformation of oxygen is the process by which part of the oxygen in the air is broken down and polymerized into ozone. It can also be obtained by electrolysis of water. Because of the instability of ozone, it is difficult to keep it in bottles. Generally speaking, it can only be used in field production.
2, ultraviolet ozone generator
The device uses ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength (185 mm) to illuminate oxygen molecules, breaking them apart and producing ozone. Due to the large size of the UV lamp, low ozone production and short service life, this generator has a narrow application range and is used in the cupboard.
3, electrolytic generator
Such devices usually produce ozone by purifying water by electrolysis. It can produce high concentration of ozone water, low manufacturing cost, simple use and maintenance. However, due to the shortage of ozone production, short service life, difficult to collect ozone and other shortcomings, its application range is limited. At present, the generator of the ozone generator is only used for some specific small equipment or specific places, and does not have the conditions to replace the high-voltage discharge generator.
