1. Connect the air compressor to the corresponding machine and plug in the power supply.

2. There is a switch above the air compressor, just turn it on.

3. When the pressure pointer reaches 90, open the air valve inside the air compressor and the air compressor starts to work.

 Precautions

1. The air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas and dust, and the air inlet pipe should be equipped with a filter.

2. Keep the outside of the storage tank clean, and it is prohibited to perform welding or hot work near the gas storage tank.

3. Operators should receive special training and fully understand the air compressor and auxiliary equipment.

4. Operators should wear good work clothes. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol and not to leave the workplace without authorization.

5. The gas storage tank should undergo a hydraulic pressure test once a year, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure. The air pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked and replaced regularly.

6. When cleaning the radiator, maintenance work such as cleaning and tightening must be carried out after the machine is shut down.

7. When the air compressor is stopped, gradually open the exhaust valve of the gas tank, slowly reduce the pressure, and reduce the diesel engine speed accordingly, so that the air compressor can run at low speed and no load for 5 to 10 seconds.

8. After the diesel engine is started, it must be heated at low speed, medium speed and rated speed. The air compressor should be started with gradually increasing load, and it can operate at full load only after all components are normal.

9. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the instrument readings and stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormalities are found. Open the condensate and water drain valves of the intercooler and storage tank once or twice every 2 to 4 hours of operation.
