Ozone water treatment system process flow
1) Process flow:
River water → river pump and pipeline (user’s own) → coagulant, coagulant aid → Reaction tank (civil construction, user’s own, in the upper part of the clear pool) → inclined tube coagulator precipitator → multi-media filter → active carbon filter → ultrafiltration equipment (for drinking water) → Ozone generator disinfection → Clear pool (civil construction, user’s own) → variable frequency water supply pump
(II) Program description:
The total water consumption of the user is 30m3/h, the civil engineering such as reaction pond, clear pool and inclined plate sedimentation tank is designed and constructed according to 30m3/h, the dosing system, river water transmission pipeline and equipment connection pipeline are designed and constructed according to 30m3/h, and the inclined pipe coagulator, multi-media filter, active carbon filter and ultrafiltration equipment are designed and constructed according to 30m3/h.
The main supporting equipment of this system is: river pump and water transmission pipeline (Party A is responsible for), control cable of river pump operation; Coagulant and coagulant aid dosing system; Reaction pond; Inclined tube coagulator; Multi-media filter; Activated carbon filter; Ultrafiltration equipment; Ozone sterilization system; Clear water pool; And frequency conversion water supply system and other water treatment equipment.
(3) Selection of water treatment system process plan:
River water treatment system in various forms, according to the user’s water quality requirements, our company determined the treatment process is: coagulation precipitation + multi-media filtration + active carbon filtration + ultrafiltration + disinfection equipment + frequency conversion water supply. The system has the following characteristics:
1. High degree of automation, easy operation, low work intensity of managers.
2. Automatic control, automatic dosing, accurate dosage.
3. Adopt the combination of mechanical filter + ultrafiltration to form automatic filtration and automatic backwashing, without personnel operation.
4. Ozone generator disinfection equipment to ensure that the amount of bacteria in the water is up to standard.
5. Complete all processing processes at one lift, with low system power consumption and low processing costs.
6. The project covers a small area, low civil construction costs, the on-site installation of supporting equipment is simple, short construction period.
7. The use of variable frequency water supply can save the civil construction cost of the construction of high water towers, and the project investment is less.
(4) Process introduction:
① The river water is pumped by the pump to the reaction tank and the reagent are fully mixed into the inclined tube coagulator and precipitator. The opening and closing of the pump should be controlled by the liquid level switch of the clear pool, and the pump will run automatically.
② Water purification agent (PAC, PAM) through the diaphragm pump into the reaction tank and mixed with water. Water purification agent pharmaceutical pump and river water lifting pump linkage, start and stop at the same time.
③ The water mixed with the water purification agent produces flocculation reaction in the reaction tank, forming a gradually increasing floc, and the fine suspended particles and colloidal particles in the river water are condensed in the floc formed by the agent. After full reaction, the river water enters the coagulator and the suspended solid impurities in the water are precipitated and removed in the inclined tube area of the precipitator. Because the contact area of the inclined tube area is 5 to 6 times larger than the sedimentation area of the flat flow, the precipitation efficiency is high, the effluent water quality is stable and reliable, and the turbidity can be reduced from up to 500 to 1000NTU to less than 10NTU of the effluent. The water automatically enters the multi-media filter.
④ After the inclined tube coagulator runs for a period of time, the mud discharge valve is manually started to discharge mud.
⑤ turbidity-removing filtration equipment will raw water through the preset quartz sand, anthracite and magnetite and other media filter media in the filter container, retaining the raw water φ10μm impurity particles, concentration colloids, suspended solids, metal ions and polymer compounds, to achieve the purpose of purifying water quality.
Principle: When the water enters the filter layer, due to the adsorption and retention of the filter layer, the suspended matter, organic or inorganic impurities and colloidal substances will overlap and bridge each other, and be intercepted by the filter layer. After a certain time, an additional layer of filter membrane is formed on the surface of the filter layer, and this layer of filter membrane will play the main filtering role in the filtration process. When the water goes deeper into the filter layer, it is further trapped and adsorbed. Therefore, after the raw water is filtered, the turbidity is reduced, and organic or inorganic impurities, bacteria, viruses, oil, etc., will be removed in large quantities with the reduction of turbidity. Due to the improved removal rate of suspended solids and other interfering substances, the subsequent treatment devices such as dosing disinfection, ion exchange, adsorption, and membrane processes can be avoided from the phenomenon of frequent blockage, thereby improving their treatment efficiency.
⑥ Automatic activated carbon adsorption filtration is used to adsorb free chlorine, color, odor and organic matter in water, widely used in pre-treatment and post-treatment of softened water, mineral water, pure water and other process water, with easy to use, good treatment effect. When the activated carbon filter is running, the raw water enters from the upper part, after the filter layer, the free chlorine, color, odor and organic matter contained in the raw water are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, and the treated water is discharged through the sewage outlet. Water inlet turbidity ≤5mg/L. According to the control mode, it is divided into manual control and automatic control (respectively) time type ② flow type ③ sensor instrument online control type).
